What if there is a despute which demands a charge back/reversal?
Any charge backs or disputes will be dealt by your bank in the same manner as they are currently. You need to contact your bank which will initiate the process and after the necessary checks will inform PayMate if the charges need to be maintained or reversed. It is exactly the same way as your current credit card charge back/refund procedure.
Does the merchant where I'm transacting have access to my account information?
No. PayMate does not share any of your financial information with the merchant where you are transacting. The entire transaction happens between you, your bank and PayMate. The merchant only knows whether the payment was successful or declined.
What if i change my mobile number?

Can i change the credit card or bank account linked to my mobile?
